After that, we headed to the beach, so Brooks could build some sandcastles. He played in the sand with his bucket & toys from Nick & Nancy, and played in the ocean. He loved when Daddy picked him up high over the waves, and then dipped him in the water.
Later that evening, we went for a walk to a scenic overlook called Queen's Bath (Princeville). After that, we went to dinner and had pizza. The night ended with some once cream at a local ice cream shop.
Monday was the last day with the Dadas'. The day started out with Nancy & Ashlee doing yoga on the golf course, overlooking the ocean and mountains. Nick & Joe took Brooks for a walk to see the golf course and tennis courts. Then we went for a hike in the neighborhood to a pretty secluded beach. Brooks got slammed by a wave, but was a trooper. He enjoyed throwing rocks into the ocean.
We drove the Dadas' to the airport, and then went grocery shopping for the week, and grabbed everything we needed for the trip from Cosco & Safeway. The night ended with cooking some steaks, and having dinner on the patio overlooking the mountains.
