2/9 and 2/10

2/9
The weather on Monday was beautiful.  Brooks and I were at the pool for most of the morning/afternoon.  Brooks of course made some new friends and would not leave them alone.  He loves to swim next to them and get them to go with him to the kiddie pool.  :) Joe brought down lunch and swam a little too.
After Brooks' nap we went for a walk up to the playground.  Spent some time there and then headed back.  On the way back it started POURING.  Every night we decide to cook steaks it pours.  Maybe that is God telling us we shouldn't eat them?  Joe still ventured out to the pool to grill.  We ate dinner inside and just hung out for the evening.  Pretty low key day.

2/10
We woke up Tuesday and headed to breakfast.  We went to Kilauea Bakery in Kilauea.  It was delicious! Everything was super fresh.  We all had some sort of pastry.  We headed home and hung out until lunch time.
Joe took Brooks up to the playground to burn off some energy.  On his way home he ventured through the Princeville Golf course. (May be the St. Regis one not sure whats it's called)  The golf course is closed right now because someone from Asia bought it and is trying to re-vamp it.  He wants the homes to all be million dollar homes and the golf course to be exclusive.  Start saving your money so you can buy a house there! :)

We decided to pack a picnic for dinner and head to Queens Bath to watch the sunset.  Queens bath is a tide pool made from rock.  You can't swim in it in the winter but in the summer it looks like this.
We watched the sunset and then ended the night with some ice cream! Simple day but was one of our favorites.
